Depending on living location this role could be based at home with national travel to client sites and some travel to Lytham where our head office is located. 

Position

  • Renew – to proactively manage the renewal process for assigned clients ensuring revenue is maximised and secure early for appropriate time horizon.
  • Develop – to develop the relationship with the client to sell additional services and products to assigned clients at the right time.
  • Understand – to understand the sector and customer dynamics, personalities and business drivers. Regularly seeking feedback to continually improve the service offering.  To continuously review the energy market and competitive landscape to identify new technologies / opportunities and potential new business
  • Manage – to effectively and efficiently project manage the service delivery, understanding the service requirements, any internal delivery constraints and the potential impact on client SLAs. Proactively identifying issues and risk, engaging both internally and externally to resolve. Providing visibility of actions and opportunities managing CRM. Responsibility for ensuring that queries on invoices do not lead to debt issues on accounts
  • To represent Inenco at industry and customer events
  • Hungry and focussed to hit revenue targets.  

To self-generate further new business leads with the capability of converting

Requirements

  • Understand and build client relationships through quality service delivery, management of issues, regular meetings and communication, with effective expectation setting for both clients and Inenco.
  • Identify, pursue and realise business development and ‘new business’ opportunities in line with annual sales targets to maximise value. sales pipeline creation, management & closure utilising dedicated CRM platform.
  • Planning and prioritisation of all services in line with client frameworks, strategies, business/client objectives and escalating potential risks to relevant areas of Inenco; and client/s where applicable.
  • Support with timely Inenco contract renewals for all service areas where applicable.
  • Timely and appropriate provision of market/industry/service information to protect profitability and client relationships.
  • Ensure regular reviews against strategies and assess:  performance, impact on spend, energy efficiency impacts on future consumption are addressed and incorporated into strategies.
  • Traveling to client sites across the UK 
  • Valid driving licence
