Position

Are you a passionate and a highly motivated fundraiser with first-class negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills? Do you have the skills to drive income now and increase lifetime value on donor/supporter income? Would you like to use your experience to help create a world free from slavery? If so, the role of Philanthropy Manager at Hope for Justice could be the role for you.


We are looking for a dynamic team player with excellent account management experience who has successfully worked with corporate partners and major donors/supporters within the charity sector, as well as experience of building relationships with faith based donors and church networks. You will need to be skilled in building rapport and developing relationships with a variety of different individuals, corporate partners and organizations simultaneously. You will need to be adaptable and have strong organizational skills that will come in to their own when achieving deadlines.


Working at Hope for Justice demands a hands on approach to deliver and reach your own targets and work as a team on shared targets. You will be required to be creative in innovation to shape and map out a corporate fundraising strategy to further develop this income stream with the support of the US philanthropy team.


You will also be required to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to plan events and charity awareness days and have the ability to work virtually, with a team across different time zones. You need to have excellent written and oral communication skills and be creative in producing and delivering presentations to a high standard to new and existing partners. You will need to be confident at networking and have strong influencing skills to enable you to engage, inspire, and deliver key messages. You will also be required to be well versed in using Microsoft packages and CRM systems to analyze and report on income pipelines KPI’s and reports.

Requirements

· Develop an effective strategy to identify and secure one off and regular donations from new corporate partners

· Find and cultivate relationships with major donors to result in long term collaboration and sustainable funding.

· Develop and deliver a strategic partnerships plan to increase the number of major giving donors and corporate givers to the work of the charity across the US

· Increase unrestricted income to support the work of Hope for Justice in US and overs

· Understand and uphold the standards outlined in the Hope for Justice Safeguarding policies, acting with due care and attention to safeguard the wellbeing of anyone that comes into contact with our work and reporting concerns if they do arise.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Salary: Up to $80,000 depending on experience
