Position

Due to a review and restructure of our global Partnerships team, Hope for Justice is seeking a dynamic, donor-focused individual to identify, nurture and secure income from new and existing monthly and annual donors. This role will also identify and upgrade monthly donors into our middle donor portfolio as well as provide comprehensive administrative assistance, focusing on fundraising support, effective database management and reporting.

To be successful, you’ll need excellent interpersonal and communications skills, as well as being able to provide administrative support across the team. You will ideally also have experience of monitoring, evaluation and analysis from a previous role to aid in managing information and databases as well as regular reporting rhythms.

Requirements

  • Foster growth and cultivate relationships with donors by managing the ongoing solicitation of monthly and annual donors
  • Lead and execute phone outreach to new monthly donor prospects not in an assigned middle or major donor portfolio.
  • Facilitate the process of elevating monthly donors to middle donors by building relationships, active outreach via phone, email and social events.
  • Oversee the process to ensure monthly donors do not lapse in giving from expired credit cards, missing checks, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service as first point of contact for donors calling the organization.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships Team to identify new middle donor prospects
  • Manage the process for transitioning donors out of the middle donor portfolio and back into the mass fundraising portfolio
  • Complete monthly reconciliation using standardized processes
  • Ensure donor, income gifts and other management information, including on our CRM database, is maintained and deployed effectively by all country development staff and can be used to create accurate reports on the progress of our strategies.
  • Assist Partnership Director with generation of weekly and monthly forecasts of progress against targets, along with activity and pipeline reports and analysis.
  • Partner with the Communications and Marketing team and Head of Events as required on collaborative campaigns. Including generating mailing lists and setting up campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness, supporting with account-based marketing activities, and briefing the wider national team on marketing resources and initiatives.
  • Understand and uphold the standards outlined in the Hope for Justice Safeguarding policies, acting with due care and attention to safeguard the wellbeing of anyone that comes into contact with our work and reporting concerns if they do arise.

Salary: Up to $45,000 depending on experience
