Position

Due to a review and restructure of our global Partnerships team, Hope for Justice is seeking a dynamic, fundraising-focused individual to join the team in Norway. The focus of this position is to identify, nurture and secure income from new and existing monthly and annual donors. This role will also identify and upgrade monthly donors into our middle donor portfolio as well as provide comprehensive administrative assistance, focusing on fundraising support, effective database management and reporting.

To be successful, you’ll need excellent interpersonal and communications skills, as well as being able to provide administrative support across the team. You will ideally also have experience of monitoring, evaluation and analysis from a previous role to aid in managing information and databases as well as regular reporting rhythms. This role requires candidates to be fluent in both Norwegian and English

Etter en omstrukturering av vårt globale Partnerships team, søker Hope for Justice en dynamisk, innsamlingsfokusert person til vårt team i Norge. Primært vil denne stillingen innebære å identifisere, vedlikeholde og sikre inntekter fra nye og eksisterende månedlige og årlige givere. Den vil også innebære å identifisere og oppgradere månedlige givere til vår mellomdonorportefølje, samt gi omfattende administrativ assistanse med fokus på innsamling, effektiv databasestyring og rapportering.

For å lykkes i rollen må du ha utmerkede mellommenneskelige og kommunikasjonsevner, i tillegg til å kunne gi administrativ assistanse på tvers av teamet. Det er ideelt dersom du har erfaring med overvåking, evaluering og analyse fra en tidligere rolle for å hjelpe til med å administrere informasjon og databaser samt rutiner for regelmessig rapportering. Du må beherske både norsk og engelsk flytende.

Requirements

  • Manage the ongoing solicitation and cultivation of monthly and annual donors
  • Phone outreach to new monthly donor prospects not in an assigned middle or major donor portfolio.
  • Upgrade calls to current monthly donors
  • Oversee the process to ensure monthly donors do not lapse in giving from expired credit cards, missing checks, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service as first point of contact for donors calling the organization.
  • Assist in identifying new middle donor prospects
  • Manage the process for transitioning donors out of the middle donor portfolio and back into the mass fundraising portfolio
  • Ensure donor, income gifts and other management information, including on our CRM database, is maintained and deployed effectively by all country development staff and can be used to create accurate reports on the progress of our strategies.
  • Assist Partnership Director with generation of weekly and monthly forecasts of progress against targets, along with activity and pipeline reports and analysis.
  • Provide administrative support to the Communications and Marketing team and Head of Events as required on collaborative campaigns. Including generating mailing lists and setting up campaigns, analysing their effectiveness, supporting with account-based marketing activities, and briefing the wider national team on marketing resources and initiatives.
  • Understand and uphold the standards outlined in the Hope for Justice Safeguarding policies, acting with due care and attention to safeguard the wellbeing of anyone that comes into contact with our work and reporting concerns if they do arise.

  • Nå ut per telefon til nye månedlige giverprospekter som ikke er i en tildelt egen giverportefølje.
  • Jevnlige samtaler til nåværende månedlige givere.
  • Overvåke prosess for å sikre at månedlige givere ikke forfaller ved å gi fra utløpte kredittkort, manglende sjekker osv.
  • Gi utmerket kundeservice som første kontaktpunkt for givere som ringer organisasjonen.
  • Bistå med å identifisere nye potensielle mellomgivere.
  • Administrere prosess med å flytte givere ut av mellomgiverporteføljen og tilbake til masseinnsamlingsportefølje.
  • Sørge for at donor-, inntektsgaver og annen administrativ informasjon, inkludert informasjon fra vår CRM-database, vedlikeholdes og distribueres effektivt av alle utviklingsmedarbeidere i alle land og at den kan brukes til å lage nøyaktige rapporter om strategifremdrift.
  • Bistå Partnerships Director med å generere ukentlige og månedlige prognoser for fremgang mot satte mål, sammen med aktivitets- og salgsplanrapporter og analyser.
  • Gi administrativ støtte til kommunikasjons- og markedsføringsteamet og leder for events etter behov i samarbeidskampanjer. Herunder å generere e-postlister og sette opp kampanjer samt analysere deres effektivitet. Bistå ved kontobaserte markedsføringsaktiviteter og orientere det bredere nasjonale teamet om markedsføringsressurser- og initiativer.
  • Forstå og opprettholde standarden fra Hope for Justice sine "safeguarding policies", vise høy aktsomhet og oppmerksomhet knyttet til menneskers sikkerhet og velvære, samt evne å rapportere bekymring og avvik om nødvendig.

Other information

  • Location – Candidates be based at Stavanger, Bergen or Oslo. (Norway)
  • Salary: Up to 458,900, depending on experience
