Position

Hope for Justice is seeking a data analyst with a drive to develop and refine processes within the global Partnerships team.

As Partnerships Data and Project Officer, you will manage the international CRM system ensuring all data is captured effectively. Alongside this you will be responsible for ensuring all partnerships data is streamlined in order to provide insightful data for reports and analysis across the global team.

You will work with a range of internal stakeholders across the organisation, which requires good communication skills to ensure projects are managed to the highest standard. The successful candidate will need to have an excellent level of data analysis skills as well are the ability to work with data in excel and write reports.

The work of this role and the wider Partnerships team will be a vital part of achieving sustainable and long-term income, and in doing so, changing lives and ending slavery.

Requirements

  • Work with Partnership Operation Manager & Partnership Directors to manage and standardise processes for our international CRM system for all supporters ensuring constituent profiles and all income streams are accurately recorded.
  • Work with Partnership Operation Manager & Partnership Directors to Standardise and support on processes for international colleagues for donors and corporates, so that opportunities are presented to relevant staff and recorded accurately.
  • Produce international templates for regular monthly reports for management
  • Support reconciled regional financial data to ensure coded correctly.
  • Provide detailed analysis of campaigns as instructed by Partnership Operations Manager to help inform and improve future campaigns and initiatives.
  • Understand and uphold the standards outlined in the Hope for Justice Safeguarding policies, acting with due care and attention to safeguard the wellbeing of anyone that comes into contact with our work and reporting concerns if they do arise.

Salary: Up to £25,000, dependent on experience
