Position

Due to a review and restructure of our global Partnerships team, Hope for Justice is seeking a Partnership Operations Manager. This exciting new role will be responsible for simplifying processes and implementing improvements in order to increase revenue across the Partnerships department.

In this role you will be responsible for managing our operational support for income generation. Leading on projects to improve processes, innovation and CRM management, working closely with the wider organization to ensure business processes are effective, efficient and ensure an excellent customer experience

To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact. You will be a strong communicator who is organized to manage competing demands.

Requirements

  • Manage both our corporate partnership process and donor journey, liaising with colleagues from Partnerships, Communications, Programmes, Technology and Finance. Ensuring our processes are effective, efficient, integrated & customer focused
  • Line Manage the Partnership Data & Project Officer and the quality of our CRM data, leading colleagues across Partnerships to ensure accuracy and consistency of data input and quality.
  • Manage systems development projects (both CRM and smaller additional technology), ensuring the needs of the Partnerships team are reflected in the requirements and outcomes of these projects.
  • Manage the design and delivery of internal revenue specific training.
  • Develop and effectively deliver change management across all projects, leading a matrix of internal stakeholders to enact and embed those changes.
  • Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics.
  • Work with the department to build a strong and effective International Partnerships team, developing a culture of collaboration, staff development and continuous improvement.
  • Understand and uphold the standards outlined in the Hope for Justice Safeguarding policies, acting with due care and attention to safeguard the wellbeing of anyone that comes into contact with our work and reporting concerns if they do arise.

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

Location: Flexible homebased in the UK (Occasional travel expected to the Manchester Head Office)
