Position

Our team in North Carolina is growing and we are adding a Restoration Program Lead. Do you have a passion to help restore those affected? The focus of our Restoration Program Lead is to implement, monitor, and provide leadership of a successful program that serves survivors of trafficking with intensive, evidence-informed best practices in a community and case management framework, ensuring that Hope for Justice provides survivors with high-quality services and outcomes towards their restoration and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Management and leadership of the Restoration program for survivors within the Hope for Justice North Carolina hub.
  • Manage client intake for survivors entering the Restoration program.
  • Lead and manage the client management and data entry system for the program, providing guidance, training, technical assistance, and vendor management of the system.
  • Conduct frequent reports and audits on program data and the client management system to ensure accurate and timely reporting, in addition to demonstrating program outcomes and outputs.
  • Provide overall leadership to the program team, including line management of staff.
  • Oversee the integration of Lily Pad Haven within Hope for Justice and its ambitious expansion plans, focusing on culture as much as tasks and activities.
  • Provide coordination and oversight of the full range of services offered by the Restoration Program.
  • Manage the overall Program Manual, all of the phases for client services, ensuring we are utilizing research-informed and evidence-based best practices for survivors of trafficking.
  • Place a special focus on staff wellbeing throughout the Center, due to the increased risk of secondary and vicarious trauma.
  • Facilitate the building of networks and partnerships which improve the facility’s ability to secure a solid pipeline of referrals, to secure the best possible support/services for survivors, and to secure a stream of good interns to support the work.
  • Ensure solid monitoring, evaluation, and accountability processes are in place to capture and demonstrate the work of the team, its achievements, and learning.
  • Deal with any out-of-hours emergencies, including being part of an on call rota of staff.
  • Work collaboratively with a range of colleagues across departments and within the wider organization, as well as with external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports, presentations, and conduct research as needed and requested.
  • Assist with other ad hoc operational projects as required.
  • Ensure harmonious working relationships with all Hope for Justice departments and staff.
  • Work at all times in line with HFJ policies and procedures and the wider strategy, culture and ethos of Hope for Justice.
  • Understand and uphold the standards outlined in the Hope for Justice Safeguarding policies, acting with due care and attention to safeguard the wellbeing of anyone that comes into contact with our work and reporting concerns if they do arise.

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Salary: Up to $60,000 depending on experience
