Position

Hope for Justice has an exciting opportunity for a creative and decisive individual to identify and secure income from new corporate partners and to manage a large portfolio of corporate entities (and their representatives) to provide a steady funding stream.

To be successful in this role you will need exceptional attention to detail, be skilful at negotiating and influencing and have the ability to problem solve. You will need experience of managing a large corporate portfolio and delivering income targets, retaining and nurturing external relationships and producing strategies/plans, budget planning and monitoring. You will need to have the ability to work alone, and as part of a team, working virtually across different time zones.

Requirements

  • Develop an effective strategy to identify and secure regular sponsorships, donations, point of purchase (customer giving), employee giving and executive giving from new corporate partners
  • Find and cultivate relationships with companies to result in long term collaboration strategies and sustainable funding.
  • Develop and deliver a strategic partnerships plan to increase the number of corporate partnerships/supporters to support the work of HfJ across the UK and World
  • Increase unrestricted income to support the work of Hope for Justice
  • Understand and uphold the standards outlined in the Hope for Justice Safeguarding policies, acting with due care and attention to safeguard the wellbeing of anyone that comes into contact with our work and reporting concerns if they do arise.

Salary: Up to £40,000, dependent on experience

Location: Flexible, UK (Occasional travel maybe required to the Manchester Head Office)
