Position

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist (full-time) for our Lisbon office (Hybrid).


Main focus: A great HR team player focused on employees’ happiness, able to have the GuestCentric team motivated at 100%+

Manage the day-to-day operations of the human resources team.


-Taking ownership of all HR administrative tasks:

  • Admin compensation and benefits administration
  • Ensure the correct execution of monthly payroll reports
  • Manage, develop and implement HR policies
  • Manage, develop and implement benefits with local partners for GuestCentric employees
  • Deal with Safety and Health Company’s plan
  • Support employees regarding HR topics such as holidays, travel requests, documentation tracking
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary updates;
  • Keep track of employee training

-Talent motivation and development:

  • Monitor and manage company culture across the organization
  • Create, monitor, and manage HR KPIs, namely employee happiness indicators
  • Work on company-employee alignment, maintaining communication across teams.
  • Coordinate coaching and team-building activities

-Recruitment, talent attraction:

  • Post jobs, perform screening interviews, manage the recruitment process
  • Take care of employees onboarding and offboarding

-Office management


Requirements

  • Graduated in Human Resources or related fields;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, teamwork, critical thinking, and good energy
  • Empathy and the ability to balance employee desires with company needs
  • Knowledge about labor law and payroll experience;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, proactive personality
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively;
  • Knowledge of English and Portuguese (understanding, speaking and writing)
