Position

This is an administrative position and not purely a management role. If you are a detail-oriented leader with a passion for getting things done and operational excellence, we want to hear from you.


As a Sales Operations Team Leader at GuestCentric, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our sales operations. Your responsibilities will include:


1. Sales Operations Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of Sales Operations Specialists (one-two specialists in the team)
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales operations processes.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

2. Contracts & Purchase Orders:

  • Collaborate with your team to collect customer information for contracts and ensure accurate updates in Salesforce.
  • Oversee the creation of contracts and purchase orders, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines.
  • Facilitate the signing process using tools like DocuSign.

3. Order Processing and Renewals:

  • Manage the setup of orders, including fee payments.
  • Coordinate and optimize the renewal process.
  • Handle account retention

4. Customer Data Management and Invoice Validation:

  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate records in Salesforce and data cross-checks with the back office.
  • Lead efforts to create rules and processes that improve data quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales and accounting teams in validating invoices.

5. Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Keep track of support cases, opportunities, leads, and statuses as needed.
  • Maintain a sales representative calendar, including travel and trade shows, etc..
  • Generate weekly sales performance reports and report on pipeline quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B sales operations or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and DocuSign or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, namely telephone skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
