Position

We are looking for an Intern to join our creative, fast-paced, and fun marketing team that works hard and plays hard!


Your primary role will be to help us with Brand Design for Marketing materials we distribute for hotels and the wider Hospitality and Travel Industry.


Main Focus: As part of the Guestcentric Marketing Team, you will be responsible for all design and video tasks related to Guestcentric’s marketing materials. This includes, but is not limited to blog images, product update videos, social media posts, our monthly newsletter, and our monthly Hotelier PULSE Report.


A key part of your role will be to visually portray our marketing materials in a way that aligns with our unique branding principles, and set us apart from other players in the industry, as recognized by leading publications such as HospitalityNet, Hotel Online, Hospitality Technology, and much more. No stock images are allowed, ever!



What will be my responsibilities?


  • Create 2x Product feature videos per month using Final Cut Pro
  • Film and edit 1x Employee video recommending Guestcentric
  • Design up to 2x images for our articles per month
  • Design a complete PDF of our monthly Hotelier PULSE Report
  • Design social media posts and ad-hoc comms as needed (new hires, company milestone images, press releases, etc)


Requirements

What you need to be successful in this role:


  • A degree in marketing/design
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Strong English - Written and Spoken
  • Responsiveness and strong communication skills
