Role Summary:
As a Marketing Manager for TLG (The Language Gallery) and LAT (the London Academy of Trading), you will be responsible for promoting and developing the schools' courses to relevant audiences. This role entails creating, implementing, executing, and analysing a fully integrated marketing strategy that targets all stages of the marketing funnel, using a combination of online and offline channels, with the focus being on online.
You will work closely with key stakeholders, the wider marketing and sales team, the Business Development Team, and marketing services to achieve lead generation targets, manage the marketing budget effectively, and ensure seamless integration of all marketing activities with sales efforts to improve the student journey.
A key aspect of this role is developing brand awareness by improving online reputation scores and implementing reputation management initiatives. You will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and helping to develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing programmes. Additionally, you will support and deliver ad hoc projects for the marketing team and group brands based on business needs and performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to work closely with senior stakeholders, such as Managing Directors and other members of the executive team, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. You will be expected to present marketing plans, reports, and performance metrics to these senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of the value and impact of marketing initiatives.
This position is primarily based in London, with occasional travel required to our sites in Birmingham and Nottingham, as well as other campuses when launched.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Executing a Holistic Marketing Strategy Optimized for the student journey Experience.
Developing, implementing, and managing the annual marketing budget with an emphasis on ROI.
Collaboration with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors and executive leadership, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and influence high-level decision-making.
Developing Brand Reputation and Positioning:
Reporting on KPIs and identifying growth opportunities in online and offline markets.
Preparing regular performance reports
Evaluating target audiences and delivering to their needs.
Develop market research and plans to execute effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing programs.
Ensuring integration with other marketing channels and improving the multichannel experience.
Proactively managing key relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Working with the internal creative unit and other marketing services to meet all requirements.
Ensuring all online and offline activity for the brand is up to date, consistent, and on-brand.
Developing the brand’s reputation in domestic and international markets.
Supporting the BD team with marketing support materials across all channels.
Regular auditing of the website to ensure brand consistency and compliance with internal procedures.
Managing the assigned marketing team.
