Position

  • To identify and develop new business opportunities for collaborations and transnational education with strategic partners.
  • Built strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to identify and drive mutual sales opportunities
  • To ensure that appropriate business plans are produced and that the University is capable of delivering and developing such opportunities for the benefit of the institution
  • To establish a strategy for partnership development
  • To compose projection analysis for partnership and ROI breakdown per agreement
  • To build excellent relationships with universities and schools
  • To work on strategy within market business developers and agents to source new business
  • To demonstrate effective communication and leadership with all your stakeholders.
  • To partner with relevant industry stakeholders so as to ensure the effective delivery of the Company’s Partnership Strategy within the defined objectives
  • To provide weekly and monthly reports of partnership and sales efforts within the target market
  • Maintain the highest customer satisfaction levels by addressing the clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests timely and accurate.
  • Analyse current industry trends to identify business opportunities that would generate revenue resources and profitability.
  • Continuously conduct in-depth client, market & competitor analysis to assist with prospecting for new business.

Requirements

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree (or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral & email)
  • Proved track record of developing key strategic relationships with university partners.
  • Relevant experience in Customer success/program management /account management
  • Relevant experience sourcing new partnerships and developing these relationships.
  • Experience working with senior-level executives.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-directed can prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

The post holder may be asked to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.
