Position


  • Support the full recruitment cycle in partnership with the Head of International Talen Acquisition
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of roles and functions to identify talent.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies that align with dynamic and evolving business priorities.
  • Attract and engage passive prospects across Global Universities IBD unit across major geographies (Canada, LATAM, Europe, and APAC).
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter to engage talent.
  • Proactively build and nurture relationships with prospects in support of current and future hiring needs
  • Simultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple talent acquisition recruiters across the global team.

Requirements

  • Communicates effectively (written and verbal), with a confident phone manner
