Position

The Partnership Team is at the forefront of revenue generation and the maintenance of revenue security from a range of opportunities presented across the vast product portfolio for International Operations at GUS Global. The goal of Partnership team is to ensure accuracy and seamless operations, while working toward continual improvements with changing needs of business.

We are looking for exceptionally talented, customer-centric, bright, and process driven candidate. Who should be organized self-starter to join the Partnership team at GUS Global.

The successful candidate will have a unique blend of strategic and critical thinking and business modelling. This opportunity requires excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills.

Job Description

  • Responsible for IBD SF Process for GUS GATEWAY Support applications and IBD SF Mailbox.
  • Investigate disparities, suspicious activity and patterns that would result in inconsistences.
  • Must be able to assess the real situation sometimes with limited information in hand to make an independent decision about the tagging integrity and compliance standard.
  • Assists with content governance framework and processes
  • Assists with monitoring queues and answering Audit applications.
  • Call back Student and Agents for validation.
  • Monitor tagging & account management activities.
  • Participate in other special projects/assignments, as necessary.
  • Responsible for conducting short notice investigations as required

Ideal candidate should perform audit on the all the queues and ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an auditor in any discipline.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience handling confidential data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Strong relationship building and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/O365 suite of tools, and comfortable learning new technologies
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly.
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret information received.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience Education domain
  • Experience in Audit & RCA
