Position

GPI is a rapidly growing organization looking for a ambitious and driven member who is looking to grow and fast-track their career in data analytics and tech Sales.

GPI’s commercial development team member is a driven individual with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a fast paced environment. Your key responsibility will be to generate new business from biopharma and CRO’s. You will have an impact on the growth of a skyrocketing data analytics and technology firm while being the first line of engagement with future customers.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to pursue a career in data tech sales
  • Great pitching, presenting and communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships
  • 1 year+ experience in a BDR or sales role
  • Undergraduate degree in Biological Science, pharmacy or related field
  • Ability to learn/understand and articulate our solution sets and value propositions
  • Ability to quickly synthesize and put to use new information
  • Understanding different business cultures
  • A motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target driven environment
  • Interest and curiosity in technical details and software in general
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening and time management skills as well as getting things done attitude

A plus:

  • Understanding of Market Access
  • Masters in Biological or Pharmacy related degree
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Creating loyal GPI clients by outbound sales activities to help grow and develop our presence internationally
  • Making a great first impression on our potential clients by providing them with a world-class experience
  • Developing targeted call lists and creating personalized email campaigns to engage targeted accounts globally
  • Qualifying outbound leads
  • Utilizing Social Selling techniques to expand the network and open up new opportunities
  • Pitching GPI’s uniqueness and benefits to prospects to convert them to clients
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline for future sales by sourcing new prospects
  • Cultivating and contributing to a positive work environment through sharing knowledge, team building and rallying behind new initiatives and efforts across the organization.
  • Communicating effectively with leadership and decision makers.
  • Accurately maintaining prospect/client data via CRM.
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge across GPI products, and contributing to product development ideas.
  • Collaborating with teams in London and Mumbai, and GPI partners across the world
