Fingleton White provide multidiscipline engineering services for the energy industry. We provide a full range of design, construction and commissioning and asset management services and are active across many sectors including Renewables, Gas Networks, Water, Energy & Utilities, and Asset Management. The company is responsible for planning and development of some of the most significant projects in the energy sector in Ireland. Our asset management team operate across 14 client locations.

Position

The Role….

Asset Management Site Manager – Ref: 2433.


The location for this role will be in Dublin City Centre.


The successful candidate will join an established Asset Management team with senior support and will have the opportunity, as their career progresses to lead high value and high complexity projects.


An example of some of the responsibilities for the role as the business needs require are as follows:

  • Management of a combined heat and power (CHP) plant
  • Implementation of and compliance with environmental, health and safety programs
  • Preparation & implementation of planned operations & maintenance schedules
  • Design and implementation of process improvement projects
  • Operations performance monitoring, analysis and reporting
  • Contracts management
  • Attending client and OEM meetings

Requirements

The Candidate….

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
  • Experience of power generation, boilers, rotating equipment, or PLC/SCADA systems would be an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Be committed to working to the highest possible standards within a regulated EHS environment
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
  • Full Clean Driving License
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
