The strategic communications unit at the ECF are in the process of implementing our future core application suite some business applications such as for Finance, Grants Management and HR. As Application Support Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Application Manager in the implementation, and ongoing use of the application suite for the strategic communications team workforce. In the future you may be involved in application selections.
A large focus of this role will initially be focused on keeping implementations on track and ensuring users understand how to use the tools, in alignment with defined requirements. You will be involved in data migrations initially and therefore experience in this area is key. You will also be administering some applications and supporting the workforce to use them. We work almost entirely in a cloud-based setup.
This role will require you to be forthcoming and positive with communicating best-practices and IT advice within the team and to the workforce. The Application Support Officer will report to the Application Manager, Strategic Communications.

Flexible location within +/- 3hrs of GMT. Remote working, we may be able to provide co-working spaces in some locations.
