Position

In the context of a maternity leave we are looking for a part-time (50%) consultant with a strong experience as Talent and learning development expert. You will develop and coordinate the annual development process across the Foundation.

If available full time, the extra 50% would be focused on being HR Partner. You would work with the team leaders and one managers to facilitate the employee journey.

The role reports directly to the HR Director.


Key responsibilities

Learning & Talent Development Specialist - (up to 50%)

  • Be in charge of the execution of the organisational annual development process; the analysis, the organization of the trainings with most requests and a budget follow up;

  • Set up and implement a leadership development programme;

  • Prepare a competency gap analysis project based on the development of the organization;


HR Partner - 50% (if consultant available for an extra 50%, and if proven experience)

  • Support the day-to-day HR management for 1 or 2 groups

  • Primary interface for employees and managers within your designated ECF groups & programmes

  • Liaising with the Centres of Excellence (Talent Management, C&B, Payroll) whenever needed, to handle all inquiries and employee's issues

  • Work with your ECF designated groups to guide them through the overall HR Strategy and specific HR programs and policies and to identify and report your groups specific needs

  • Participate in other HR projects as applicable, together with the team

Requirements

Experience and competencies

  • Strong interest in climate and the environment;

  • Proven experience as Talent development manager;

  • Strong trust building and diplomatic skills that enable effective collaboration with a diverse group of internal and external partners;

  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills;

  • Achieving efficient, timely, quality results by directing efforts on expected outcomes

  • Excellent command of the English languages (both spoken and written);
