The European Climate Foundation (ECF) was founded in 2008 as a major philanthropic initiative to help tackle climate change by fostering the development of a low-carbon society at the national, European and global level.
We support over 500 partner organisations to carry out activities that contribute to the public debate on climate action, drive urgent and ambitious policy in support of the objectives of the Paris Agreement and help deliver a socially responsible transition to a net-zero emissions economy and sustainable society in Europe and around the world.
In the last years, ECF has increased its transformation pace to provide the different functional domains of the organization (Strategy, Finance, Grantmaking, HR & Staff support) with processes and systems that can support the rapid growth of the Foundation.
ECF has decided to reinforce its transformation capabilities with a new team of Transformation partners who will accelerate change delivery as facilitators of multi-functional teams.
In this new role reporting to the HR director, the HR Business Analyst is responsible for optimizing the use of the HRIS within ECF, implementing standardized and clear policies about data and information streams, working on tailor made reporting on HR key performance indicators and automatizing processes and information flow.
Working closely with both the HR and IT team, you will be responsible to:
