The European Climate Foundation (ECF) was founded in 2008 as a major philanthropic initiative to help tackle climate change by fostering the development of a low-carbon society at the national, European and global level.
We support over 280 partner organisations to carry out activities that contribute to the public debate on climate action, drive urgent and ambitious policy in support of the objectives of the Paris Agreement and help deliver a socially responsible transition to a net-zero emissions economy and sustainable society in Europe and around the world.
About the role
The ECF is looking for an Administrative Assistant to the CEO. The CEO is responsible for overall ECF strategy and organisation, international political engagement, and high-level external relationships including with the French government, amongst others. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for booking the CEO’s travel and scheduling the CEO’s meetings, in consultation with the Chief of Staff. The Assistant will also be responsible for some management duties in the Paris office.
The position will report to the Head Office Manager and Chief of Staff to the CEO.
