Ethical Property provide flexible workspace to a range of impact organisations, such as charities, non-profits, social enterprises, and B Corps. We have 21 centres across the UK and more than 300 tenants. As Senior Sales Co-ordinator (or Deputy Sales Manager), you will be a senior part of our Sales team, helping to bring more tenants into our buildings
Working with the Sales Manager (line manager for this role), you will be involved in all aspects of space filling - identifying new networks and contacts to help promote our centres. No two days are the same- as the initial point of contact for new enquiries, you’ll build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and convey the benefits of being an Ethical Property tenant. You’ll be sending information, arranging, and conducting viewings at some of our London centres, and following through all aspects of that customer journey to its successful conclusion, in close collaboration with regional colleagues.
There is real opportunity to input into wider departmental strategy and initiatives, as well as lead on individual projects. In addition to this, you will routinely be negotiating prices and lease terms, keeping our website and online listings up to date, assisting with space promotion events and activities, and ensuring our CMS and internal record-keeping is accurate by undertaking routine administrative tasks.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, motivated, and values-driven, with an all-round skill set. Although previous experience in a sales or property-focussed role is desirable, we would also be delighted to consider applications from those with significant experience in other fields (especially from a non- profit or social business background), as we recognise the value of transferable skills.
It’s vital you are a pro-active, capable communicator who can bring high levels of energy and initiative to the role. You’ll possess great attention to detail and will be a natural at developing professional relationships (both face-to-face and written communication) and confident interacting at senior level.
You’ll need to be comfortable retaining a lot of information, understanding complicated processes, and organising your workload effectively without working to a fixed schedule – someone who can adapt to unanticipated priorities arising at short notice.

Ethical Property is one of the UK’s leading social businesses. We aim to ensure that commercial property supports the creation of a better world, through providing affordable office, retail, meeting, and event space to social impact organisations, both non -profit and commercial.
Our buildings are as diverse as our tenants but have lots in common: all are managed to high environmental standards, close to public transport and provide shared resources that encourage collaboration with likeminded organisations. Our tenants benefit from flexible, fair prices, and we take care of facilities so tenants can concentrate on their vital work.
While we’re driven by social and environmental values, making a profit is an essential element of our business. We pay a regular dividend to shareholders and manage our Centres to increase their long-term value, helping attract additional investment that enables us to grow and support more organisations.
