Our team is based at our Head Office just outside The Peak District National Park off jct28 of the M1 corridor.

Position

We are recruiting for a full time Digital Marketing Assistant who will play a vital role in executing, optimising and analysing Rab's paid global digital marketing campaigns across various regions, driving brand awareness and ultimately sales through both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. Additionally, you will contribute to Rab's organic search engine optimisation efforts, in order to increase regional brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Assistant (including but not limited to):

  • Construction and optimisation of regional seasonal paid digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads and other channels
  • Weekly, monthly, seasonal, annual reporting and analysis on regional paid social, paid search engine and SEO marketing campaigns
  • Exploration of market trends, monitoring competitor performance and identifying opportunities through data analysis resulting in insight and recommendations
  • Assist with global paid campaign market research planning, tracking and measuring
  • Monthly tracking of SEO brand and non-brand keyword positions by region
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

To join us as Digital Marketing Assistant you must have:

Essential:

  • Experience in Paid digital marketing campaign platforms Meta and Google
  • Excellent numerical and data analysis skills
  • Practical experience of a range of digital marketing techniques with an understanding of digital marketing KPI’s and best practices
  • Team player with readiness to support colleagues
  • Ability to work autonomously and to a deadline
  • A willingness to work extra hours and weekends as required
  • Current full driving licence.
  • Enthusiastic, hard-working with strong planning and organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines

Desirable:

  • Experience working with outdoor brands or a passion for the outdoors and a real understanding of the brands and the needs of outdoor users (including climbers, mountaineers, backpackers, trekkers, skiers and adventure travellers).
  • Experience in using Google Analytics 4
  • Experience of global digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience using SEMRush or similar search engine tracking software
