In our more Senior BA role, you will lead on multiple large-scale client deliveries. You will have enough technical know-how to take ownership of ENSEK’s environment configuration and lead on client data migrations, working with and influencing client migration teams.

You’re day to day contacts will be the ENSEK senior stakeholders and senior players on the client side. So, you will need to be comfortable and familiar with high level interactions, specifically, influencing large and medium

1. Take a leadership role in client contact and senior ENSEK stakeholder engagement.

2. Provide Business Analysis leadership on large scale client implementations.

3. Provide technical experience for environment configuration and large-scale data migrations.

4. Provide Business Analysis leadership, guidance and support to our team of excellent BA’s, working to ensure they are provided with development opportunities and exposure.

5. You’ll develop a deep knowledge of the ENSEK software products and solutions.

6. Understand and shape requirements into meaningful artefacts and backlogs

7. Consulting with business and technical teams so you can lead ENSEK’s BA service and solution internally and externally.

8. Cultivating strong effective relationships to ensure a constant, evolved way of working.

9. Understanding and ensuring compliance with all regulatory organisations.

SENIOR BA TOOLKIT

Loads of senior stakeholder management, familiarity with agile ways of working, delivering workshops, eliciting requirements, offering demonstrable SQL skills plus excellent written and verbal communication

If you have SaaS and or Energy experience, then that would put you top of the pile. It not essential for you to have both, but a strength in at least one would make for a great start.
