Position

This role is responsible for supporting the HR Team with a professional advisory HR service. Focusing on up-to-date legislation including employment law, policies and procedures. You will provide a comprehensive administration service and provide compliance support to a variety of Audit requirements. This role has a strong compliance, audit and process driven element to it too.

  1. Provide advice and support to line managers to ensure they understand and effectively implement the Company HR policies and procedures whilst ensuring best practice
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  3. Production of contracts, letters, documentation and correspondence
  4. Collation of information for a variety of security audits
  5. Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination primarily focusing on the mover and leaver process
  6. Maintaining and updating electronic HR records
  7. Dealing with investigations, disciplinary and performance management
  8. Provide administrative support to formal meetings as and when required
  9. Provide the required information for monthly payroll
  10. Ensure compliance with current employment legislation
  11. Coaching and guiding of managers with regards to best practice
  12. Building relationships with key stakeholders
  13. Assist with Ad-Hoc HR projects
  14. Engage with employees and managers in an office environment as well as remotely
  15. Working in collaboration with the wider People team
  16. To add value to the experience of our clients, colleagues and other relevant stakeholders through practicing and promoting the ENSEK values.

Requirements

  1. Experience of advising people managers on employment law issues with the ability to chair or undertake notes/minutes at meetings
  2. Considerable experience of HR administration and/or advisory level
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, prioritise effectively, assess and manage risk
  4. Experience of maintaining comprehensive records
  5. Experience in Generalist HR
  6. Experience in payroll processing will be an advantage
  7. Experience in a fast paced SME environments
  8. Proficient use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  9. Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information

Full or Part Time ideally 5 days a week
