As an Engineering leader you’ll guide individuals and teams to be successful at ENSEK and help shape their growth and direction.

You’ll look after multiple teams of Engineers and help guide them towards delivering high-quality software. This will involve coordinating delivery across teams and supporting them in managing technical dependencies and blockers.

Collaborating inside and outside Engineering you’ll work with Product Owners, Product Managers and other Engineering Leaders, your ability to communicate effectively will help influence the strategic growth of our SaaS platform.

While you will have a hands-on background and technical proficiency that you’ll use actively to support your decision making, primarily, your ability to build engaged, effective, and loyal teams will be on display. You will focus on ensuring every new starter has a positive experience at ENSEK and our Engineers truly see ENSEK as a great place to work.

Responsibilities

1. Provide Line management to our Lead Engineers.
2. Ensure Engineers across your teams receive coaching, mentoring and support.
3. Drive performance across Engineering and support the success of our teams.
4. Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure our Engineering Teams effectively deliver towards our Product goals and commitments.
5. You’ll understand agile metrics and how to use them to direct our teams & support our effectiveness.
6. Shape and align our best practice across Engineering.
7. Interview and on-board new Engineers, giving them every opportunity to thrive at ENSEK.
