Company Description

In a nutshell, we’re a software company operating in the energy sector. Our world class Software as a Service platform is the go-to option for leading energy suppliers and new market entrants alike. To understand what we do, think about your home. Somebody supplies your energy, and those suppliers are our customers. They need software to manage your account. We provide a wide range of solutions from signing up customers, taking meter readings and generating bills, to the roll-out of smart metering, managing revenue leakage and the interaction with energy comparison sites.

We are based in Nottingham in the UK but are expanding into other territories across the globe. We have just over 200 employees and are one of the fastest growing tech businesses in the country.

Position

Our clients are energy suppliers. They supply electricity and gas to businesses and homes. Probably including your own home! It can be a complicated sector and so our clients often engage ENSEK to help.

Working across the entire Managed Service function, you will engage with multiple business areas including Operations, Billing and SMART teams in order to provide detailed analytical insights.

  2. Creating and maintaining data and data dashboards.
  3. Presenting data for internal and external use. Creating and presenting client reports as necessary.
  4. Identifying and fixing problems as they occur, spotting and resolving data anomalies.
  5. Playing an active role in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  6. Providing ad-hoc support to the Service Desk to assist with support tickets.
