In this role, you will be helping to enable our colleagues to work effectively, improving our system efficiency and bringing value to our security requirements as an organisation. This will involve supporting and managing processes to assign role permissions, challenging & understanding system use and supporting a variety of varied objectives to improve our ways of working.

1. Ability to organise and manage a clear and defined workload to accomplish goals

2. Eager to learn new skills and techniques for process/technical support

3. Adept at mapping Standard Operating Procedures for knowledge sharing

4. Ability to respond quickly to urgent tasks

5. Ability to demonstrate discretion and handle confidential information sensitively

6. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

7. A customer service focused attitude when interacting with colleague issues

8. Comfortable working both independently and as a team

9. A genuine desire to want to take pride in work, and striving for excellence

10. Experience administrating a variety of systems and tools - Advantageous, but not essential

11. Understanding of Role Based Access Control & Principle of Least Privilege – Advantageous, but not essential
