When we say energy, we mean that our clients supply electricity and gas to your home and to businesses too. Our job is to design, build, test and deliver market changing software to support all the interaction that our clients will have with the end customer. In this role you will support one or more squads in achieving their goals. This includes facilitating and supporting the agile ceremonies and generating insightful metrics to help the team understand their performance and seek improvements. You will help the team to plan and stay on track by helping everyone understand the status of items and unblock those that become stuck.

1. Ensures the team follows the processes and practices that they agreed that they would use. This often includes facilitating daily stand-ups and regular retrospectives.
2. Helps the team clear obstacles by helping uncover obstacles and seeking external help when required.
3. Ensures a good relationship between the team and the Product Owner as well as others outside the team. This often includes facilitating backlog refinement and sprint planning ceremonies to ensure that they are effective and that the team can meet their commitments.
4. Protects the team from outside interruptions and distractions balancing the needs of the business with the needs of the team.
5. Helps the team remain value focused and to deliver the expected outcomes for ENSEK and our clients.

Scrum Mastery

Experience working as a Scrum Master in an agile environment including an understanding of agile metrics, self-organising teams and servant leadership.

Comms

You must be able to clearly communicate the status of items and any impediments to progress.

Collaboration

You will need experience working in multi-disciplined, product led Scrum teams, collaborating with software engineers, testers and product owners.

Delivery Focus

Experience of delivering software increments in a complex, multi-faceted SaaS product environment. We are growing rapidly and need someone to help us continue to deliver on the increasing number of projects and client expectations.
