T&K Home Improvements is the rapidly expanding retail business where the Emplas Group first began. The UK retail arm of the Group is a £3.5+ million business in its own right, employing over 20 people, many of whom are long serving. 

Having reopened at the end of April we are now fully operational and experiencing encouraging increases in sales. Our teams are operating under fully COVID-19 secure procedures.

As a result of our increasing sales and customer demand we are looking for experienced installers to join T&K Home Improvements. We welcome individual applicants as well as 2 person teams. You will be required to install windows, doors and conservatories on customer premises ensuring they are carried out to a high standard and in line with all Health & Safety requirements.

What you'll be doing: 

• Fitting made to measure windows, doors and conservatories on customers premises 
• Accurately measuring windows for installation 
• Collecting payment after jobs are completed 
• Visiting the Kettering site for materials
• Driving our company vehicles 

You will have:

• Previous experience of fitting windows, doors and conservatories
• Good experience of working with power tools and a variety of fixing materials 
• Pride in your work and proven customer focused experience 
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• A Full UK driving license 
• Ideally a Fenestration Installation Level 2

Hours:      Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00

Day rate:   £120 - £140 per day / £31,200 - £36,400 pa
