We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Trainee to join our busy Order Processing Team. Some experience would be preferable however this isn't necessary as full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing:

• Processing frames/orders for our trade customers, including windows, doors and conservatories
• Offering advice and technical support to customers over the telephone regarding online remote processing, products, orders & measurements
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, and liasing with internal teams as required
• Using Windows Designer and bespoke in-house software packages
• Based at our site in Wellingborough

You will have:

• Ideally, some experience of processing/estimating and using associated design software
• Knowledge or experience of construction, manufacturing or home improvements industry
• Excellent attention to detail and planning skills
• Phone based customer service experience
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft applications and strong administrative skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
