T&K Home Improvements is the rapidly expanding division of the Emplas Group of companies. Emplas Windows Systems Ltd is a family run business established for 40 years supplying trade and commercial, premium windows, doors and conservatories currently enjoying rapid growth.Established in 1979, T&K Home Improvements is the retail business where the Emplas Group first began. The UK retail arm of the Group is a £3.5+ million business in its own right, employing over 60 people, many of whom are long serving. We are a hard-working team who work to our values of integrity, teamwork, determination, excellence and pride, to achieve our purpose of improving Britain’s homes.

Due to ongoing growth, T&K are looking to partner with a self-employed salesperson to convert sales enquiries into business orders.

Your role will involve:

• Attending retail appointments in a professional manner
• Progressing the appointments with feedback to the Retail Sales Manager
• Issuing quotations packs to prospective customers and following these up in a timely manner
• Providing show-site cover 1 or 2 days a week
• Working within a 50-mile radius of the show site

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5 years direct sales success to the homeowner covering high quality conservatories, windows, doors and roofs
• A successful track record of converting high value sales
• Is computer literate.
• Is honest, punctual and professionally attired
• Has a full UK driving licence and own car
