Padiham Glass are looking for an experienced Systems Manager for our busy, fast paced glass sealed unit manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring effective delivery of the glass production delivery plan to ensure high levels of efficiency and quality output
• Using SQL server queries to interrogate systems to identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and waste
• Produce and maintain dashboards & reports to improve planning and efficiency to help achieve optimum employee levels
• Plan and implement systems improvements, upgrades and new systems including enabling integration between systems

You will have:

• At least 3 years experience within a systems role, ideally within manufacturing
• 2 years experience of systems implementation
• SQL Server database query writing
• Excellent IT Skills – including expert Excel, accounting systems (e.g.Pegasus) and processing orders systems
• Ability to work to demanding deadlines, manage multiple tasks and changing priorities effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
