Company Description
T&K Home Improvements is an expanding retail business in Northamptonshire who manufacture and install energy efficient home improvements. T&K currently employ 50 people, many of whom have worked for T&K for over 20 years. We are experiencing an increase in sales and planning for ongoing growth during the coming year.
Position
We are recruiting an experienced social media manager for a brand new exciting role at T&K Home Improvements. You will be responsible for organic and paid posts through all social platforms including design, placement and cost per enquiry.
What you'll be doing:
- Create, place and plan engaging social media strategies
- Manage the social media budget in line with target cost per sale
- Deliver creative campaign ideas and quarterly social schedules to the Sales Consultants
- Develop, launch, and manage monthly competitions
- Track, monitor, analyse and report on performance on all social media platforms using Analytics and Facebook insights
- Work with our website agency to improve overall online presence
- Recommend improvements to increase performance and engagement
- Manage online reviews
Requirements
You will have:
- Relevant knowledge and hands-on experience in using social media platforms
- Proven experience in designing and targeting through social media
- A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to succeed
- Effectve organisatioin, be proactive and have a collaborative approach
- The ability to prioritise and work at a fast pace, and to adapt to market changes quickly
- Excellent copywriting skills and a good eye for detai
- Knowledge of key social media marketing metrics and presentation
- Proficiency in using analytical social tools
Other information
Hours: Monday - Friday, office hours with some flexibility
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
