T&K Home Improvements is the rapidly expanding retail business where the Emplas Group first began. The UK retail arm of the Group is a £3.5+ million business in its own right, employing over 20 people, many of whom are long serving. 

Having reopened at the end of April we are now fully operational and experiencing encouraging increases in sales. Our teams are operating under fully COVID-19 secure procedures.

Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Support Supervisor to join our busy showsite team in Wellingborough. You will support the T&K Sales and Marketing team, ensuring the highest quality customer service from enquiry to point of sale, and support & encourage our Sales Consultants. 

What you will be doing: 

  • To support, train and develop the Sales Support Administrators ensuring the completion of the distribution of the daily enquiries and targets are achieved
  • Conduct full checks on all new signed contracts prior to survey stage and register & monitor sales on the CRM system
  • Complete KPIs and prepare reports by collating sales information and statistics for management and Director level
  • Support sales consultants with monitoring leads and drafting quotations 
  • Coordinate new starters, ensure all consultants are trained on systems and provide ongoing sales support 

 

Requirements

You will need:

  • At least 3-5 years sales and administration experience 
  • Experience of working in a supervisory capacity, motivating & leading others, ideally in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills, and be very confident on the telephone and face to face with customers 
  • A strong customer service focus 
  • To be organised and able to manage your own and others workload 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and CRM systems

Other information

Salary: £25,000 per annum plus OTE bonus 

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5.00pm
