T&K Home Improvements is the rapidly expanding retail business where the Emplas Group first began. The UK retail arm of the Group is a £6.5+ million business in its own right, employing around 40 people, many of whom are long serving.

Due to increasing growth and consumer demand, T&K are looking to partner with a dynamic and driven Self-Employed salesperson to visit customers and present home improvements converting sales enquiries into business orders.

What you'll be doing:

• Presenting and designing a range of Home Improvement products, specialising in windows and doors (and conservatories if you have experience)
• Attending retail appointments at customer’s homes, assisting them with their choices as to product requirements and guiding their designs
• Progressing the sales appointments, following them up and updating the CRM system accordingly
• Issuing quotations packs to prospective customers and closing sales
• Dealing with any Sales Queries quickly and efficiently
• Demonstrating Products and benefits of the Company
• Completing detailed sales contracts with customers who wish to proceed to order and ensuring they meet company guidelines
• Working within a maximum 40 mile driving radius from our newly refurbished Wellingborough Outdoor Showroom

You will have:

• Sales experience, ideally (but not essential) covering high quality windows and doors or within a relevant home improvement industry (Kitchen and Bathroom/Construction etc)
• A successful track record of converting sales in person or over the phone
• Commitment and be driven to succeed, with a natural passion to earn high commission and hit targets
• Self-Motivated, Organised, Focused and enjoys a challenge
• Excellent timekeeping, honest and thorough
• Professionally presented
• A full UK driving licence and own a car

Hours: Flexible working hours

Salary: Commission Only - OTE circa £40K-£70K per annum – uncapped earnings with additional Yearly Bonus up to 3%, Incentives, Awards and Recognition

Full induction and support training provided as well as sales samples and literature.
