As a result of our ongoing and projected growth, we are looking for a Co-ordinator to provide assistance and support to the Sales & Marketing team.

.What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and updating our CRM system and our Customer Portal
• Updating reports for Monthly trade sales meetings
• Quoting existing accounts and new business accounts on the full range of products
• Undertaking sales and margin analysis
• Managing customer spend for brochures, samples, entertaining etc and updating any “trackers” accordingly
• Providing support and assistance to Sales Executives / Managers mainly in the form of pricing support when looking to secure new business.

You will have:

• Worked within a customer service or sales co-ordination role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Excellent IT skills, Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook
• The ability to be a team player and motivated to succeed

Working Hours:

• Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Salary:

• £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
