T&K Home Improvements is an expanding retail business in Northamptonshire who manufacture and install energy efficient home improvements. T&K currently employ 50 people, many of whom have worked for T&K for over 20 years. We are experiencing an increase in demand and need quality Sales Designers to represent our brand.

T&K are looking for enthusiastic salespeople to present our products and services in prospect homes throughout Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and presenting energy efficient Home Improvement products in domestic homes
• Issuing quotations packs to prospective customers and closing sales
• Dealing with any Sales Queries quickly and efficiently
• Completing sales contracts with customers who wish to proceed to order and ensuring they meet company guidelines
• Working within a maximum 40 mile driving radius from our newly refurbished Wellingborough Outdoor Showroom

You will have:

• In home sales experience would be preferred but not essential
• A successful track record of sales conversions
• Target orientated and driven
• Self-Motivation, be organised & focused and enjoy a challenge
• Excellent timekeeping, honest and thorough
• Professionally presented
• A full UK driving licence and own a car

Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, 5 from 7 days

Salary: £20,000 per annum, plus 5% bonus on all net sales. OTE circa £45K-£65K per annum – uncapped earnings
