Permanent Contract with Fixed Shifts

As a result of increasing customer orders we are looking for new team members to join our Production Team in Wellingborough. Experience would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

To assist with and, where necessary, manufacture quality windows and doors to customer requirements while adhering to standards of health & safety and internal processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Using power tools and machinery to make windows and doors
• Following job orders whilst ensuring quality standards are met
• Following and working to Health and Safety requirements, including wearing correct PPE
• Working to ensure that daily targets are met
• Meeting targets for production in a challenging physical environment; standing for long period and physical lifting.

You will have:

• A conscientious, reliable and enthusiastic attitude
• The ability to read and understand customer orders to include numerical and written information in order to achieve requirements
• The ability to understand spoken English
• A good understanding of Health and Safety requirements
• The ability to lift and handle windows and doors

Salary: £10.91 - £11.43 per hour* (including shift premium), plus regular overtime

Hours: 40 hours per week
Fixed, permanent shifts:

• Days - 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Lates - 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Nights - 10.00pm to 6:00am, Sunday to Thursday

* After initial 3-4 week training period
