We are looking for a Manufacturing Systems Apprentice to join our busy Production Office. You'll be learning how to:

• Carry out batching tasks to ensure a LEAN and efficent manufacturing operation
• Support the Quality department as required demonstrating an understanding of product specifications and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate and support all LEAN initiatives
• Support the ISO standards accreditation
• Provide support and cover in the absence of the Production Planner and Operations Coordinator

You will need:

• Lots of enthusiasm, personal drive and a desire to learn
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in working independently and show initiative
• To be organised and able to manage your own workload
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
• To able to attend our Wellingborough site

Salary: £5.00 per hour (£8,775 per annum), plus fully supported apprenticeship

Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
