Position

HR Coordinator - Maternity Cover for 8 Months

As a result of maternity leave we are looking for a temporary HR Coordinator to work in our HR Team providing an efficient and effective HR service to the group businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity if you have studied/are studying towards your CIPD Qualifications and you would like to get some commercial HR experience in a fast-paced SME.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating and supporting managers with recruitment activity
  • Managing our onboarding activity including developing our online process through our HR System
  • Coordinating and supporting managers with absence management and disciplinary processes
  • Developing the HR System to improve efficiency and employee engagement
  • Supporting our Apprenticeship program
  • Based at our Wellingborough site

 

Requirements

You will have:

  • At least 2 years HR Administration experience or similar experience
  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 or studying towards
  • Good level of IT skills and experience of using a HR System
  • Organised with a high level of attention to detail
  • Customer focused and able to manage confidential information

Other information

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5pm - some flexibility available including part-time hours

Salary:

  • £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
