Position

We are looking for a SHEQ Coordinator to join our Health & Safety and Quality team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain and administer Emplas Health & Safety and Environment systems and databases
  • Complete incident reporting & investigation and ensure all relevant stakeholders are update
  • Carry out internal SHEQ internal audits / risk assessments and inspections
  • Coordinate H&S training & development as required including toolbox talks, safety, quality briefings etc
  • Provide support in the development of SHEQ standards, systems and procedures
  • Based at our site in Wellingborough

Requirements

You will have:

  • Previously worked in a manufacturing environment
  • Ideally, knowledge or experience of Health & Safety, Environment and/or Quality and/or undertaking audits against certificated standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and be able to organise & manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to analyse and manipulate data, and to produce clear, accurate, meaningful reports
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft applications and strong administrative skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels

Other information

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working hours: 40 hours per week, working 10 hours in 4 days OR 8 hours in 5 days
