Emplas Windows Systems Ltd is a family run business established for 40 years supplying trade and commercial, premium windows, doors and conservatories currently enjoying rapid growth. We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to provide an efficient and effective function in billing, collections and payment processes to maximise collections and reduce the risk of bad debt whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service and building strong relationships.

What you'll be doing:

• Chasing customers for outstanding debts
• Maintaining credit limits with credit insurers
• Liaising with departments to resolve outstanding queries
• Allocating cash, sending invoices, credits notes amd statements
• Obtaining trade references and credit checking for account opening

You will need:

• At least 2 years previous Credit Control experience, ideally within the construction industry
• The ability and initiative to work on your own and within a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills including Advanced Excel skills and competent use of Accounting packages

Working Hours:

• Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5:30pm
