T&K is a rapidly expanding retail business for Windows, Doors Conservatories and Extensions. Serving as the retail arm of the Emplas Group with a turnover of £6 million per annum, it is experiencing massive growth and is currently employing over 40 people, many of whom are long serving.

Due to the increasing growth and very high customer demand, T&K are looking for an energetic and organised Inbound Customer Service Executive to join the team at the showsite based in Wellingborough. The successful applicant will support our sales team to ensure the highest quality service to customers for their home improvements.

What you'll be doing:

• Completing inbound calls and scheduling customer appointments
• Updating the CRM database to register customer details and diarise appointments
• Following up on daily customer enquiries and supporting the sales team with their enquiries
• Sending brochures and other marketing material to customers
• Working at our Wellingborough show site

You will have:

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: £19,000 per annum depending on experience
