We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy Sales and Marketing team.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and updating our CRM system and our customer portal
• Updating reports for monthly trade sales meetings
• Quoting existing accounts and new business accounts on the full range of products
• Undertaking sales and margin analysis
• Managing customer spend for brochures, samples, entertaining etc and updating any “trackers” accordingly
• Providing support and assistance to Sales Executives / Managers mainly in the form of pricing support when looking to secure new business.
• Based at our site in Wellingborough

You will have:

• Natural communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previously worked within a customer service or sales coordination role
• Knowledge or experience of the construction, manufacturing or home improvements industry
• Excellent attention to detail and be able to organise & manage multiple tasks effectively
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft applications and strong administrative skills
• Motivation to succeed both individually and working as part of a team

Salary: £22,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
