Emplas Windows Systems Ltd is a family run business established for 40 years supplying trade and commercial, premium windows, doors and conservatories. As a result of increasing order volumes we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our committed team.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining and developing close relationships with customers and a knowledge of their requirements with a view to meeting their needs.
• Assisting customers with all enquiries about products & services.
• Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues/queries.
• Surpassing customer expectations on quality and service levels
• Based at our site in Wellingborough.

You will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience within a customer service role ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
