We are looking for an Customer Support Coordinator to provide an accurate and efficient order processing service on conservatories, roofs, doors and windows.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintaining and developing close relationships with our long-standing and new customers.
• Assisting customers with all enquiries about our products and services.
• Inform & update customers on order lead-time.
• Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues/queries.
• Receive and process customers stock orders accurately and by agreed deadlines.
• Surpassing customer expectations on quality and service levels.

You will have:

• 1 years experience within a customer service role, ideally in a manufacturing/construction environment (however not essential).
• Confidence using the telephone, be resilient and have a natural rapport with customers.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Salary: £22,308 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
