Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a service engineer to conduct site investigations and service calls on behalf of the company and its commercial customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Undertaking inspections of manufactured products to company and supplier technical specifications.
• Providing technical advice and guidance to the company and its customers.
• Undertaking site visits and service calls to investigate or repair products.
• Compiling site visit and inspection reports which include corrective and preventative actions.
• Travelling regularly to various sites across England

You will have:

• Experience of working within the PVCU window & door industry both from a fitting and service standpoint.
• Working within a customer service facing role
• Experience of working with standards and technical specifications
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Able to produce detailed investigation reports
• Knowledge of Standards & Specifications.
• Valid Blue CSCS card as you will be working on live sites
• Full UK Driving Licence
