T&K Home Improvements is the rapidly expanding retail business where the Emplas Group first began. The UK retail arm of the Group is a £3.5+ million business in its own right, employing over 20 people, many of whom are long serving.

Having reopened at the end of April we are now fully operational and experiencing encouraging increases in sales. Our teams are operating under fully COVID-19 secure procedures.

As a result of our increasing sales and customer demand we are looking for an apprentice to join a team of experienced installers based in Northampton. You will be required to install windows, doors and conservatories on customer premises ensuring they are carried out to a high standard and in line with all Health & Safety requirements.

What you'll be doing:

• Working as part of a team, fitting made to measure windows, doors and conservatories on customers premises
• Accurately measuring windows for installation
• Visiting the Kettering site for materials

You will need:

• Lots of enthusiasm, personal drive and a desire to learn
• Flexibility and a proactive approach to your work
• To work both independently and as part of a team
• Be physically fit and confident with handling (sometimes) heavy materials

Salary: £10,179 per annum (£4.35 per hour)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week, 7:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Please note you will be joining a team based in Northampton so will either live in this location or be able to get to an address each morning to be collected in the company van.
