To apply or register in our application management tool, you will have to set up a user account consisting of your email-address and a password. The storage period of a user account is 6 months. After 6 months your personal data will be removed from our database unless you renew your consent to store your data for further 6 months. If you have an open application in process at the time of expiration, then the storage retention period is automatically prolonged until this application period is completed. If you have applied to a job offer your data will be made available to the specialized department which posted the position as well as to the personnel department.

Your personal data we collect during the recruitment process will be deleted from EIT Raw Materials’ recruiting system a reasonable time after the completion of the recruitment, unless there are compelling reasons, legal or otherwise, to maintain the data for a longer period of time.
